LAST CHANCE REGISTRATION

This form is dedicated to submitting a registration request for the Last Chance competition of the Artistic World Cup Final 2026.

To proceed with your request, please follow the instructions below. Registration will only be considered valid upon confirmation by the Organizing Committee.

Registration procedure

Sports clubs and coaches wishing to register their athletes for the Last Chance competition are required to follow the procedure below:

  1. Send an email to registration@awcfinal.org specifying the athlete’s first name, last name, and category, as well as the coach’s first and last name and any additional coach (if applicable).
  2. Complete the form below for each athlete.
  3. Wait for registration confirmation via email, which will be sent after verification of payment.
